Yoga via Zoom wherever is best for you...

For my Zoom Yoga classes all you need is a smartphone, an iPad or a laptop and a connection to the Internet.

I livestream my Zoom Yoga classes so you can join in live. I can see each of the class members so I can tailor the class to you, your bodies capability and your stage in your yoga journey.

As with all my classes I give clear instructions so you can follow the class with out having to watch the screen. My Zoom Yoga classes are only delivered to small groups so I can ensure a safe environment and an effective class for all abilities. You will feel as if I am in the room with you and you are having a personalised yoga class.

All my Zoom classes are available as a recording so you can watch the class at a later time to suit your schedule or re-play classes.
